Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order
  • The item must not be damaged or altered in any way

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures of the issue

After verification, Zarvaya will offer a replacement or refund accordingly.


 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order details and reason for return
  3. Once approved, send the item back to our provided address

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side.


 

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method (if applicable)
  • In some cases, store credit may also be offered

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
